Our services
We specialize exclusively in the sale and delivery of window and door joinery to the specified address. We do not provide installation.

Offer and waiting time
Each offer is sent in PDF format. The waiting time for an offer is usually up to two business days. In the case of inquiries requiring technological consultations, this time may be extended. Upon acceptance of the offer, by signing the document, the client confirms that they have thoroughly checked all the items and agrees to the presented terms.

Delivery time
The waiting time for order fulfillment is between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the selected profile and color. Standard:

  • for PVC joinery, the delivery time is 2-4 weeks,

  • for aluminum joinery – 4-6 weeks.

Deposit and Payments
After signing the offer, the client receives a proforma invoice from us to pay a deposit. Usually, it amounts to 30% to 50% of the order value (in the case of larger orders, it may be higher). Since every transport departs on Mondays, the remaining amount should be paid no later than Thursday at 12:00 before the planned departure of the truck. If payment is not made by the designated time, the delivery will be postponed by another week, and the client will be charged storage costs.

Important: after paying the deposit, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Order Tracking
Each placed order can be tracked in real-time on a dedicated sheet that contains details regarding amounts, deposits, delivery dates, and order status.

Order Pickup and Warranty
During the order pickup, the customer is obliged to check for any visible defects or shortages in the delivered products. Hidden defects that are not immediately visible should be reported within 14 days from the delivery date. Any other defects arising from normal use are subject to warranty, which includes:

  • 5 years on windows and doors,

  • 2 years on accessories (blinds, mosquito nets).

In the case of incorrect receipt of goods, lack of unloading ability at the delivery location, or a situation where transport arrives at the location and the payment has not been fully settled, the driver will not be entitled to unload. In such cases, all costs related to re-transport and warehousing of goods will be charged to the Customer and will be calculated for the entire period until the full amount owed is settled.

Invoice and delivery document
After delivery, you will receive an invoice and a delivery document.
This document should be signed and sent back to us via email.

Shipping Costs
The Ordering Party does not bear the shipping costs if the total value of orders placed to the same address and within the same timeframe amounts to at least 1,500 EUR. If this value is not reached, the Ordering Party is obliged to cover the full shipping costs. The amount of the shipping cost depends on the number of racks used and the location of the delivery site.

First stage

The client sends us an inquiry along with technical requirements, drawings, or a project description. At this stage, we advise on the selection of the best solutions and window and door systems that will meet the investment's expectations.

Third stage

Based on the submitted data, we are preparing a detailed offer including the valuation, technical specification, and implementation conditions. We ensure that all elements are clear and tailored to the client's needs.

⇨ Each valuation is prepared for the client, analyzing their needs and proposing the best solutions – we think together to make the project optimal in terms of both technical and cost aspects.

Upon approval of the offer by the client we finalize all the details of the order. At this stage, the requirements for production and delivery are established.

⇨ The client is obligated to carefully review the offer and ensure that all dimensions, technical parameters, and quantities of products meet their expectations.

⇨ After confirming the compliance, the client signs the offer, and then we issue a pro forma invoice for the deposit, which serves as the basis for starting production.

Production and quality control

Fourth stage

The order goes into production, where each element is subjected to detailed quality control. At this stage there are no possibilities of canceling the order.

⇨ The production process takes place according to the latest technological standards and using certified materials.

⇨ The finished products are checked for dimensions, tightness, and aesthetics to ensure the highest level of execution.

Delivery date

Fifth stage

Together we determine the convenient delivery date, which is entered into the transport schedule. We inform the customer of the planned date so that they can prepare for pickup.

⇨ Standardly provided by us the delivery date is Monday, as that is when our trucks depart.

⇨ The driver arrives at the unloading location within 1–3 days from departure, depending on the distance and route.

Seventh stage

We organize transport to the specified address in Europe. The goods are secured on special racks, which guarantees their safe arrival at the destination.

⇨ Our trucks are equipped with their own forklift, which allows for efficient and hassle-free unloading without the need to engage additional equipment from the client.

⇨ The client continuously receives information about the status of the transport, making it easier to plan unloading and assembly.

Upon delivery of the goods, it is extremely important for the customer to thoroughly check the compliance of the delivery with the order. It is necessary to verify the dimensions, quantities, and ensure that there are no visible damages or shortages.

⇨ Any visible defects or shortages must be reported immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of delivery.

⇨ Hidden defects that could not be detected upon receipt must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.
